Die ca. 45 qm große helle Wohnung gliedert sich in Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Duschbad, die von einem abgeschlossenen Flur mit Garderobe abgehen. Mit Ausnahme des Duschbades sind alle Räume mit Teppichboden ausgelegt. Das Wohnzimmer lädt mit Sofa und Sessel zum gemütlichen Ausklingenlassen des Tages ein. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem 180 cm x 200 cm großen Bett, einem Mega-Sessel sowie einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. An warmen Tagen sorgt hier ein Klimagerät für angenehme Kühle am Abend. Die Fenster haben Verdunkelungsrollos bzw. Vorhänge und sind mit Wärmeschutzfolien versehen. Auch die ebenfalls helle Küche lädt zum Verweilen am Esstisch ein. Sie ist ausgestattet mit Induktionskochfeld, Esse, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine sowie zusätzlich einer Tassimo Kapselmaschine. Im Duschbad mit Toilette steht eine Waschmaschine zur freien Benutzung zur Verfügung.






Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet namens Tegelgrund. Zum Bahnhof (Richtung Hamburg/Sylt), Innenstadt und zum Glückstädter Binnenhafen sind es nur eineinhalb bzw. zwei Kilometer. Ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung befindet sich ein Aldi Markt. Die Elbfähre Glückstadt-Wischhafen ist mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Minuten und mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar.



Sie wohnen in einer maritim eingerichteten Wohnung mit Gartenblick in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet im Dachgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses.

Ein WiFi Gastzugang kann genutzt werden.
Am Ankunftstag stehen für Sie Obst, Müsli, Kaffee und Tee bereit.
Wenn Sie mit dem Fahrrad anreisen, sind wir darauf vorbereitet und Sie können Ihr Fahrrad in einem abgeschlossenen Gerätehaus abstellen.
Ein PKW-Stellplatz steht für Sie zur Verfügung.
