Christina Villa has an architecture inspired from the local traditional aesthetics. The private pool adds to the characteristics of the discreet luxury and decorates the nights of the veranda. Large open plan lounge with integrated dining area, a fireplace and full equipment, complete the comfort and relaxation that the guests enjoy when they do not choose to gaze and wonder at the mountain view, tapestry of olive groves and vineyards.

Located in the traditional village of Pendamodi in the Heraklion area, the two-storey Christina Villa 3 of the Christina Villas complex offers the unique combination of peace along with modern comforts and easy access to the City life. At a distance of just 15kms from Heraklion, the capital of Crete, also the north beaches and the E4 walking path, Pendamodi is an ideal location for excursions to every corner of the island, even though few of the guests usually decide to leave the hospitality and warmth of Christina and of the village.

Christina III is a 3 bedroom villa of approx. 150 sq. Meters in two levels with 3 bathrooms and the most spacious of the Christina Villas, accommodating 6 people with comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oven, cooking utensils, toaster, dish washer, hob, 4 ring stove and a dining table: if wished, a high chair for babies can be provided.
Opposite from the kitchen is the living room featuring a/c and fireplace for the colder days or as decoration for a chill out night at the bamboo couches. There is also the door to the small veranda and the garden.
The Hall next to the living room features satellite television, DVD player, CD player and radio and finally books in English as also a Playstation 2 if requested.
The downstairs bathroom is also connected to the living room and it features a shower and a toilet as also the washing machine. Next to the bathroom is the utility room.
The stairs lead to the first floor, where the three bedrooms are, all air conditioned, the main bathroom and the W.C. The double bedroom has big mirror with the appropiate furnishing and faces the mountains with the balcony's door - from the window one can see the pool as one can from the veranda of the twin bedroom, the one in common with the double bedroom. The third bedroom, has a window facing the garden and the Christina Villas private road and is the most spacious. All bedrooms are having plenty of light, lamps for a night reading or atmosphere and are having big wardrobes. A plus is the small safe for personal belongings.
The upstairs main bathroom has the Bath and the toilet, while a the third toilet is right next to it.
Outside there is the veranda facing the garden and the pool with bamboo couch and table, as also the bbq. The swimming pool (35 sq.m approx.) is surrounded by loan and trees as also from sunbeds and enjoys some privacy.
Towels, linen and maid service twice a week are provided and are included in the price and if required, there can be private chef cooking greek and cretan cuisine and showing also how to cook.

    “Ein nettes Haus in einem idyllischen Ort in den Bergen mit dem Bedürfnis nach besserer Pflege. Positiv: Freundlichkeit und Service der Ansprechperson war hervorragend. Handtücher und Bettwäsche 2x die Woche. Negativ: Sauberkeit in den Badezimmern war mangelhaft, der Pool wurde in 13 Tagen nur einmal gereinigt”

    In der Regel ist das Feedback so gut, dass wir das Gefühl haben, bei allen Verfahren unser Bestes zu geben. Was die Reinigung betrifft, sobald Sie uns Bescheid gegeben haben, haben wir das Dienstmädchen geschickt, um das Haus auf unsere - und Ihre - Standards zu bringen. Im Allgemeinen neigen wir dazu, wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist, es zu beheben, wenn nicht am selben Tag, vielleicht am nächsten. Sie hatten das Toastgerät reklamiert und wir haben es so schnell wie möglich ersetzt. Es tut uns leid zu lesen, dass eine solche Sorgfalt und Vorgehensweise nicht Ihren Standards entsprach, und wir wünschten, wir hätten mehr dagegen tun können. Nur um zu sagen, dass der Pool laut Giorgos 4 Mal gereinigt wurde – vielleicht waren Sie bei seiner Ankunft nicht anwesend oder hat er Sie nicht besucht?
