The house was built on the foundations of the Old Mill on the Studnica River.A perfect place for families with children and relaxation with friends.A place for a bonfire, grill, garden and garden furniture.There is a car park for guests, a large terrace on the river side.In front a small terrace and balcony.One bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, in other rooms 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a wardrobe.Additionally a wardrobe.In the living room a corner sofa, an armchair, a wardrobe with a TV set, a table and an additional double sofa and a fireplace that warms the whole house.Kitchen equipped with furniture, sink, dishwasher, electric cooker, electric oven, table, 6 chairs, set of pots, cutlery, lunch service and glasses for 12 people.Attractions: trout river, canoeing, berries, blueberries and mushrooms, the possibility of cycling tours along hardened forest roads.     “Wir haben eine ruhige und saubere Unterkunft gesucht und diese hier gefunden. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb. Alles ist gepflegt und gemütlich. Es gibt einen Kamin mit genügend Feuerholz und auch einen Grillplatz draußen. Wer die Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier. Wer Unterhaltung sucht, ist hier allerdings nicht gut aufgehoben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und freuen uns darauf wieder zu kommen und das kleine Flüsschen hier zu paddeln.”

    “Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Positiv: Ruhige Lage, Nette Gastgeber, sehr geräumig mit tollem See-Blick. Negativ: Schade dass der Kamin kaputt ging Ausflüge: Belaggio, Tremezzo, Varenna - Sehr schöne Orte.”

    “Positiv: Wir kamen mit zwei Hunden um ein ruhiges Silvester zu haben. Hier mitten im Wald war es wunderbar ruhig! Der Kamin heizt das ganze Haus mollig warm und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist groß und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Vielen Dank an Marianna für die Gastfreundschaft! Freizeit: Viel Wald lädt zum Verweilen in der Natur ein. Zur Ostsee ist es nur 1 Stunde Autofahrt.”
