Berti is a striking house, perched at the top of the hill with breathtaking views of the Cecina River Valley. The villa was built using materials of the highest quality.     “Es war insgesamt gesehen sehr schön, guter Service vor Ort, jedoch die Ausstattung lässt (vor allem im Außenbereich) zu wünschen übrig. Es sind nur vier Liegen für 8 Personen vorhanden, es gibt keinen Sonnenschutz am Pool, kein Sonnensegel, Sonnenschirm. Im Haus gibt es keine Kaffeemaschine und keinen Fernseher. Der Außengrill ist nicht vorhanden. Die Werbung verspricht mehr als tatsächlich vorhanden. Der Preis ist völlig unangemessen. Positiv: Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Montescudaio. Die Wahl der Möbel und die Ruhe!!! Negativ: Die Ausstattung im Außenbereich!”

    Super Styl und Design ,was bei der Ausstattung des Hauses wohl im Vordergund steht,
    hier und da könnte es noch etwas durchdachter sein z.B.erwartet man bei bei so einem Haus auch eine Spülmaschine, Geschirrtücher ect.,
    das Spülen hat nach den tollen Kochabenden schon etwas gestört !!”
