Apartment in Budoni with Front Garden and Next to Beach

Detached house located in a quiet area about 300 meters from the beach Lu nibaru, reachable on foot through a small dirt path.

The center of budoni is about 800 meters and all around the area is served by supermarket, tobacconist, bars and restaurants.

Equipped with private parking and private access, the house has a small front garden with patio and outdoor dining area and a small back garden with veranda and outdoor shower. The kitchen equipped with all the services shares the space with a small living room with sofa and TV. A double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower complete the offer.

Easily reachable from the Port or Olbia Airport in just 25 minutes by car following the highway 131 towards Nuoro to the junction for Budoni. This solution is an excellent starting point for visiting the beaches and the whole Costa Smeralda. Budoni in fact is located right in the middle of the coast : to the north you can reach in just 10 minutes the beaches of San Teodoro and in 40 minutes Porto Cervo. To the south, however, in just 30 minutes you can reach the wonderful beaches of the Gulf of Orosei.

    “Empfehlenswert! Positiv: Das Haus und der kleine Garten mit den beiden Terrassen bieten ausreichend Platz für vier Personen. Die Betreuung durch die Ansprechperson vor Ort war hervorragend und zuverlässig. Durch die Nähe zum Strand kann das Auto auch mal stehen bleiben. Im nahen Zentrum von Budoni gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Negativ: Eine umfangreichere Küchenausstattung (Töpfe, Geschirr, Besteck, Kaffeemaschine) wäre wünschenswert.”
