Ruhige Lage,nur über einen befestigten Zufahrtsweg erreichbar .Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Vorzimmer ein Schlafzimmer, WC/Dusche und ein Kinderzimmer mitEtagenbett .Großes Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile ist im OG.Ein großer Gartenbereich bietet genügend Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Ein kleiner Pool kann für Abkühlung sorgen. Grillmöglichkeit ist ebenfalls vorhanden.Garten und Spielplatz sind zur Alleinbenutzung.Das Haus ist alleinstehend so 400m vom nächsten Gebäude entfernt.Der Eigentümer wohne 20km entfernt vom Objekt.Der Pool ist 3x3m und 1,30m tief.
