Vacation apartment of about 60 sqm on the second floor of a two-family house, with separate entrance, a small outdoor terrace (3 sqm) and private outdoor area; The accommodation is located in a small farm, 1 km from Fivizzano, in Lunigiana, on the ancient Via Francigena, in a fresh and quiet, wooded and hilly landscape in northern Tuscany and not far from the sea of Liguria. It is about 1 km from Fivizzano, 37 km from La Spezia and Lerici, 53 km from Portovenere, 54 km from Cinque Terre, 93 km from Lucca, 95 km from Pisa, 106 km from Portofino and 161 km from Florence. Services: 0,5 km restaurant, 0,8 km stores, 1 km stores of all kinds and supermarket (Fivizzano), 22 km riding school, 6,4 km public outdoor swimming pool (Cormezzano), 29 km Campo Tennis (Aulla), 19 km Terme (Equi Terme), 27 km public indoor swimming pool (Aulla), 39 km golf course (Pontremoli), 37 km free and equipped beaches (La Spezia). From the house and the property there is a view of the countryside, the wooded hills and the village of Fivizzano. The property consists of about 50 hectares of land, partly flat and partly hilly, cultivated, with orchards and extensive woods; On the property flows, about 300 meters from the house, the stream Rosaro, about 3 km from the house, the stream offers large pools for swimming, fishing and bathing beaches. At guests' disposal there is an outdoor area with natural grass of about 80 m² equipped with gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor meals and heated with thermal oven, sunbeds for relaxing, table tennis table, basketball hoop and rackets and badminton for outdoor activities in addition to children's games. Access to the house is via a road not suitable for low and sports cars. Possibility to walk in the surrounding area on foot or with bicycles provided by the owner, buy products from the owner's farm (jams, honey, chestnut flour and seasonal fruits and vegetables).
