Lovely two-storey villa. On the ground floor there is an open living/dining area that connects to the kitchen. The double doors of the living/dining area open onto the covered terrace and pool area. The ground floor offers a master bedroom with access to the pool area. This bedroom has a king size double bed, a dressing room and a spacious en suite bathroom. A twin bedroom and a separate family bathroom complete the ground floor. The first floor has a double bedroom and a small terrace with pool views. A second twin bedroom that has access to a large terrace with nice views of the surroundings and a shared spacious full bathroom complete the first floor. An exterior stairsleads us to the fifth bedroom that is located in the tower, -therefore the bedroom has a circular shape-. It has a double bed and small en-suite shower room that keeps the original equipment and tiles.
The kidney-shaped pool is surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace, which offers enough space for sun loungers. The hedged outdoor area offers privacy. For culinary delights a brick barbecue with a corresponding dining table is available. In the front area are beautiful green areas for romping and playing available.
