The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For exclusive use are available: parasol, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. Barbecue for common use.

Absolutely private atmosphere guaranteed, as the apartments are on opposite sides of the building and have separate entrances! The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the street in front of the house. Closed parking space available at no cost (distance 20 m).
