Dear guests,

Welcome to our 4-star Villa "OLIVE TREE" located in a village called PISAK-Croatia. Pisak is a coastal place with the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast.

Our villa Olive Tree with its 3 bedrooms and living room sofa (sleeping size 160x200cm) accommodates up to 8 adults + baby in a baby cot.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
Floor plan:
- 2 bedrooms with bathrooms are on the 1st floor with a large balcony and a sea panoramic view.,
- 1 bedroom with a bathroom is on the ground floor
For your youngest, we ensured a baby cot and baby chair.

The villa is fully airconditioned/heated.
Private parking for 2 cars is ensured free of charge.

The swimming pool is heated. Water in the pool is ecological, salt, not chlorine.
The pool area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun chairs, an outdoor sofa BBQ and a a comfortable table for 8 people all in the shade.
For a perfect summer ambience Pool and the whole property is lighted at night.

The villa ensures full privacy inside the fenced olive grows property therefore offering you a safe and peace.
It is close to the beach, town centre, restaurants, local shops and place to go out. The village centre distance 7 minutes walk or 2 minutes by car.

As a host with a reputation for high standards of villa cleanliness we want our guests to know about our commitment to their health and safety, it is our priority. We make great efforts in this area.

My wife Ivana & I built it with passion and love, carefully selected each piece of furniture and stacked it in the interior and exterior to provide you a memorable summer holiday.

    “Olive Tree Villa is an amazing holiday home, perfect for a family getaway, which has been finished to an exceptionally high standard! It is spotlessly clean and well equipped.

    The outdoor area is lovely with a pool, various styles of seating, plus a great BBQ and outdoor kitchen.

    The location, in a beautiful olive orchard, is perfect as you are set well away from other properties while still being really close to the centre of Pisak (roughly a 10 minute walk down the hill!)

    Nothing is too much trouble for the owners Ivana and Josko who are always on hand to answer any questions you may have about the villa or the local area!”

    “Toppen fint nytt boende! Rent o fint, bra utrustat. Smakfull stil både inne och ute. Bra med hygienutrymme till varje rum. Fanns babysäng och barnstolar.
    Trevligt att få träffa ägarna vid incheckning och att få tips utav dem på aktiviteter, restauranger mm.
    Bra läge i byn, bra parkering, lätt att komma dit med en 9 pers minibuss.”
