Holiday house with pool set on a hill overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea and the Aeolian Islands, located between Begheria, Casteldaccia and Santa Flavia. Thanks to its excellent position, many Sicilian towns are within easy reach: Bagheria and its beautiful eighteenth-century villas 2 km, Palermo and the Arab-Norman tour which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site 13 km, 15 km to Monreale with its beautiful cathedral and Cefalù 45 km. The beaches of Trabia e Casteldaccia are just 2 km away. Guests have a large private swimming pool surrounded by a lawn equipped with tables, sun loungers and chairs at their disposal. On the covered terrace you can organize a convivial barbecue and then eat al fresco. For the entertainment of adults and children, there is also a table football. Upstairs there is a large sun terrace where you can relax under the sun while enjoying the beautiful panorama. Unpaved access road (200 m).

    “Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung.
    Der Pool ist das herrausragende Merkmal, aber Vorsicht, er ist von 0,50m bis zu 2,30 tief.
    Klimaanlage gibt es nur im Hauptschlafzimmer; bei 37° Aussentemperatur geht man fast kaputt.

    Die Lage ist sehr abgeschieden und der Schotterweg ist nicht das einzige Hindernis.
    Auch vorher gibt es schon 10-15cm tiefe Schlaglöcher. Entweder einen kleinen Fiat als Mietwagen oder einen SUV.

    Zustand soweit ganz gut, aber
    - Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank und Backofen -> Hauptsicherung fliegt raus (ausserhalb des Grundstücks)
    - schon leichte Risse im Mauerwerk

    Suberkeit lässt etwas zu Wünschen übrig.
    - hauptsächlich im Bad
    - auch der vorhandene Elektro-Backofen (der laut Ausstattung nicht vorhanden ist) war länger nicht gereinigt worden.
    - die Dachterrasse ist voller Vogelkot und nicht benutzbar (liegt an dem großen Wasserreservoir nebenan)

    Die Vermieterin kann kein Englich und ist schlecht zu erreichen.

    Der Preis ist für unser Gefühl überteuert.”
