Appartamento a Massa Marittima con parcheggio privato

L'appartamento Corbezzolo si trova al 1° piano di antico casale toscano in Maremma, ristrutturato recentemente. La località è collinare e molto tranquilla, al limitare del bosco; da 2015 tutta l'area è Geoparco Unesco: nessuna fonte d'inquinamento, no traffico, no cavi elettrici di alta tensione (sono interrati).

L'appartamento, di 80 mq. è su unico piano, ci sono due gradini per accedere al bagno. L'accesso è garantito da scala esterna privata. Cucina attrezzata (fornello a gas, frigorifero/freezer, microonde, kettle, tostapane) e comodo tavolo da pranzo. 2 Camere matrimoniali con letto misura standard. Salottino con scrivania e divanoletto (posto aggiuntivo per 1 adulto o 2 bmbini inferiori 10 anni). Ampio bagno (lavandino, Wc, bidet, doccia) con finestra

    “Wir haben über Tuivillas gebucht was jetzt nicht besonders hervorzuheben ist, ausser einer Email mit den Infos zum Objekt ist da nicht viel passiert.

    Die Unterkunft entspricht 1:1 den Bildern - das hat man selten.
    Was ich später als schwierig beschreibe ist wiederum der enorme Vorteil der Lage. Ein Traum, auf einem Hügel umgeben von lauter Hügeln. Ruhe, Natur und frische Luft. Auf Grund der wenigen Appartments gibts auch nicht viele andere Urlauber mit denen man sich arrangieren muss. Wir hatten den Pool so gut wie immer für uns. Für Mountainbiker eine absolut herausfordernde Gegend - in Follonica gibt Radgeschäfte für Ersatzteile :).
    Die Gastgeber Maria und Gabriel sind sehr liebenswert und gastfreundlich. Sie pflegen das ganze Gelände mit einer solchen Hingabe - das hat man in den Hotelburgen am Meer sicherlich nicht. Auch das Inventar des Appartments war toll. Bisher waren wir gewohnt, Geschirr, Töpfe und andere Utensilien zu erhalten, die das billigste vom billigen und meist abgenutzt und bereit für den Müll waren. Doch hier ist das anders. Scharfe Messer, genügend Teller und Gläser einfach nur ein tolles Gefühl als Gast. Danke.

    Mein Tipp - wer wirklich Ruhe und Erholung sucht, nicht immer ans Meer will, der kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten. Entschleunigung per sofort. Wir kommen wieder ganz sicher.

    Einziger kritischer Punkt - wobei das auch Ansichtssache ist:
    Was tatsächlich nicht zu erwarten war ist, dass man mit einem normalen Auto kaum die Unterkunft erreicht ohne mit dem Unterboden aufzusetzen. Die Beschreibung nicht mit einem Sportwagen anzureisen ist ehrlicherweise eine Untertreibung - wir haben uns mit einem zusätzlich gemieteten Fahrzeug (4x4 SUV) jedoch beholfen. Dennoch ist die Strecke zum nächsten Bäcker, Restaurant, Eisdiele oder sonst was mit etwas Zeit einzuplanen.”
