Villa mit 3 Schlafzimmer in Charco del Palo

Die Villa befindet sich in Charco del Paloein FKK Dorf. Dies liegt im Norden von der Insel. Richtung Guatiza - Mala. Ein Restaurant befindet sich direkt nebenan, der Supermarkt ist im Einkaufszentrum in nächster Nähe.



Das ganze Haus liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer.


Es gibt eine Küche mit grossem Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine,Herd und Backofen, Microwelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster usw.


Anschliessend zum grossen Wohnzimmer mit Esszimmer, kommt eine grosse Terrasse die mit einer Pergola zum Teil von der Sonne geschützt wird.


Durch ein Patio gelangt man in das 1. Schlafzimmer, Doppelbett mit zwei Matrazen und dann anschliessend ist das Bad.


Das zweite Schlafzimmer , auch ein Doppelbett mit zwei Matratzen und das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Bett mit einer Matratze 1,40 m. Hier gibt ein ein Badezimmer mit

Dusche, 2. Waschbecken und eine Toilette in einer Grotte.

Das Haus bietet Platz für 6 Personen.




Sie kommen durch einen langen Garteneingang zum Haus. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich ein Esstisch und 6 Stühle, außerdem Liegen und eine Hollywood Schaukel



FKK - Dorf, Das Haus ist sehr Zentral gelegen und hat trotzdem Meerblick von der Terrasse.


Die Terrasse liegt windgeschützt.


Am Meer gibt ein es Naturschwimmbad und eine Gezeitenbecken. Dort füllt sich immer wieder frisches Wasser bei Flut.


Die Umgebung ist noch sehr natürlich und Sie sind nicht in einem überfüllten Touristengebiet.
