The landscaped, fenced front yard with an open terrace, the children have space to play and you can enjoy some time together on the terrace. A barbecue is for communal barbecue evenings.

Grenderich part of Cochem-Zell, belongs to the municipality of Zell an der Mosel and is located in the region of Moselle Hunsrück. The rule is: get out of the daily grind in tranquil and idyllic atmosphere and relaxation in close proximity to nature.
From the house you can start hiking or go for about 500 meters away barefoot path. Until the Mosel Valley is about 5 km away. It is 8 km to the capital of the federation congregation, the famous resort of Zell an der Mosel. Your landlord is living in the basement of the house with private entrance and garden.

Enjoy the Mosel Hunsrueck for long walks, bike or car. Try the local wines and let yourself be spoiled by the regional gastronomy.
