Very nice holiday flat for two persons, 45 sqm, situated in the pedestrian zone (for loading and unloading you can drive your car directly to the front door) in a quiet side street of the old town. The apartment is in the attic floor, beautiful bright living area, integrated sleeping area, open kitchen corner, bathroom, balcony. Two minutes to the famous Lindauer harbour. Our annual parking ticket for the large island parking lot is provided on loan and is included in the price. Bed linen, table linen, dishtowels are available. Please bring your own towels (there are no towels available in the apartment). Pets are not allowed.     “eine sehr schöne gepflegte Wohnung in historischer Lage in einer malerischen Gasse Lindaus! Liebevoll modernisiert mit großzügigem Wohnbereich und voll ausgestatteter Küche, pieksauber und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet. Der kleine Balkon zum Innenhof hat Morgensonne, der Fenstererker zur Hinteren Metzgergasse ist als Eßplatz ideal.
    Wir fanden das Schlafen im Spitzboden, der über eine Bodentreppe zu erreichen ist, sehr gemütlich, man muss allerdings etwas gelenkig sein. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin, die Lage ist einmalig, zentral und dennoch ruhig, man spürt das Flair der Insel und fühlt sich pudelwohl! Außerdem braucht man keine Uhr, denn das nahe Rathaus und die Kirche teilen mit viertelstündlichem Schlagen die Zeit mit ;-)”

    “Die Lage ist super, nicht mal 3 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und mitten in der schönen Altstadt-Insel.
    Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend (Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühlschrank, Wasserkocher, etc.). Ein Supermarkt (Netto) ist für die alltäglichen Dinge des Lebens schnell erreichbar.
    Der Blick aus dem Fenster beschränkt sich auf die dicht gegenüberliegenden Häuser, aber empfand dies nicht als störend, da ich meistens draußen unterwegs war.”

    “Soweit okay. Überprüfen Sie Ihre Fotos, die Sie zur o.g. Wohnung ins Netz stellten. Die Ansicht des Hauses stimmt nicht mit dem Haus der Wohnung überein. Der Balkon sieht in Wirklichkeit anders aus.”
