Comfortably furnished holiday flat with mountain views at the heart of Gran Canary Island

The 75 m² apartment is located in the small town of Tejeda at the heart of Gran Canary Island. The second storey apartment, above another apartment, accommodates up to five people. The house was built in 1930 and last renovated in 2012.

The holiday flat offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and the second one with three single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m each). The bedroom can be accessed via a staircase, leading to the apartment's top floor. The small, bright bathroom offers a shower, a sink, a hair dryer and a toilet. The bright, open plan kitchen, furnished with wooden furniture, is equipped with a dining table, stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster and a microwave. The adjacent living room is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a television, a DVD and a CD player. Wireless internet access is available free of charge.

The apartment has a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture and a lounge chair and offers stunning views over the town and the surrounding mountains, such as the Roque Nublo and the Roque Bentayga. The second bedroom grants access to the roof terrace. A parking space is available at the house.

The property is in a quiet location and ideal for hiking and bicycle tours. It is sunny and warm here even during the winter months. In the town centre, about 1 km from the property, you will find shopping facilities public transport, a swimming pool and a restaurant. It is about 48 km to the ferry harbour, the ocean and the beach.

    “Lage: sehr gut, ruhig gelegen.
    Ausstattung: sauber. Das Bad hat helle, moderne Fliesen.
    Der Herd hatte nur 2 Platten. Die zugehörigen Töpfe waren extrem groß und extrem klein, sodass wir mit 2 Personen immer nur auf einer einzigen Herdplatte einen großen Topf benutzen konnten. Zwei der großen Töpfe passten nicht gleichzeitig auf den Herd. Dadurch war das Kochen sehr schwierig.

    Der Vermieter konnte im Gegensatz zu den Angaben in Ihrer Beschreibung kein Deutsch und kein Englisch. Da wir kein Spanisch können, war die Verständigung schwierig, hat aber geklappt.”
