Cosy holiday house with a patio and a garden near the ocean
This holiday home is quietly located near the ocean and the beach.
The lay out off the 140 m² holiday home extends over two floors and accommodates up to five people. On the ground floor, you will find the living room with a fireplace and access to the patio. The open plan kitchen is furnished with a hot plate, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave and a kettle. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a separate toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine. There are two additional bedrooms on the top floor. The large bedroom offers a double bed for two (160 x 190 cm). This bedroom offers ocean views. The bedroom offers a single bed (90 x 180 cm). The bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on the top floor. Child's cot is on request.
The south facing 45 m² patio is furnished with outdoor furniture for five, a sun shade and a barbecue. It borders a 150 m² well maintained garden with a grass patch and flowers. The garden is not walled in, but naturally enclosed by a hedge. The courtyard in front of the house is communally used with the owner. You can park your car in the courtyard.
All rooms are equipped with electric heating. Firewood for the fireplace is supplied free of charge. Wireless internet access is available and included in the price.
The closest beach is only two kilometre from the property. Enjoy swimming, surfing, fishing and sun bathing here. Plozevet's centre of town offers a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, Tabaco shop, newspaper agent, tourist information, restaurant and a bar is about two kilometres from the house. We recommend trips to: Pointe du Raz (20 kilometre), Quimper (25 kilometre), Le Guilvinec and the fishing harbour (30 kilometre), Pont-L'Abbé with the Bigouden-Museum (20 kilometre), Audierne (12 kilometre), the beach of Penhors (5 kilometre), Locronan (27 kilometre) and Douarnenez (15 kilometre).
