This family-run apartment building is at the entrance to Premantura in the south of Istria. Bars, shops, restaurants and the beach are within easy access. In total this house has four well-furnished apartments, each with a bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen.
In front of the house there is a parking space, and four further parking space right behind it. The site is enclosed.
Apartment with a balcony on the first floor
This 50m² accommodation can accommodate up to four people. The apartment is on the first floor. It was refurbished in 2013 and has a kitchen with a stove, oven and fridge, as well as a dining table for four people. Here there is also satellite TV. The bathroom has a shower. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (170 x 200cm), while the other has two single beds (90 x 200cm). Note that this accommodation does not have a living room.
The apartment has a furnished balcony. A parasol can be provided on request.
