The apartment was recently renovated in 2013 and fitted with a new bathroom. The accommodation has two bedrooms each with a double bed and an additional sofa bed in the living room. The spacious living room provides 40m² of living space. The well-equipped apartment has wireless Internet access and satellite TV for your entertainment, if you should ever wish to stay in. A dishwasher and washing machine are also provided. A cot is available free of charge. Guests are also invited to share use of the garden and the barbecue.
The holiday apartment is on the top floor of a private residential house in Rogoznica, in the middle of the peninsula of the same name. The house is in a quiet area, surrounded by pine forests, and very close to the centre of the old town, where you can find everything that Rogoznica has to offer.
Within a radius of 300 metres you can find restaurants, bars, three types of beach (concrete, stone or pebble), cycle paths, medical services and shops.
