This house with four apartments is located near the beach in Banjol. The apartments are situated on the first floor and in the attic where the lowest ceiling height amounts to 110 cm. They are simple and have a sea view, except for CKR407, which has a view over the landscape. There is a promenade by the sea, ideal for walks or morning jogging. In the summer, Rab is full of attractions, entertainment programmes and concerts. ”Rapska Fijera” – an event that lasts three days – deserves special attention. On the ground floor of the house, there is a restaurant run by the house owners.

    “Die Betten sind in einen sehr Schlechten zustand gewesen in einem Zimmer konnte man als Erwachsene Person gar nicht Schlafen so bald man sich bewegt hat, hat es gekracht, dass man es sogar im nachbar Zimmer gehört hat. Die Matratzen sind so durchgelegen das man jede Feder gespürt hat. Wir waren 5 Personen wir sind alle bis auf meine Schwester und ihr 2 Monat altes Kind in einen Zimmer gelegen sind, da es in den anderen Zimmer das Bett einigermasen besser war. Und 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage für 5 Personen etwas wenig ist. Der Rest war einfach aber in Ordnung.
