Welcome to this magnificent villa for 6 guests with private pool. It's located on the outskirts of Campanet, near the Tramuntana mountain range.

The exterior area of this property is very beautiful. It's surrounded by the landscape of the fields and the mountains. You can cook a delicious BBQ outdoors and enjoy it at the hurdle roofed terrace, cool down in the private chlorine pool -that sizes 10 x 5 metres and is 2 metres deep- or simply relax at the garden or on one of the sunbeds. The property is full of greenery around and you'll also find fruit trees like almond or orange trees. It offers total privacy.

The two-storey house offers a charming traditional but modern atmosphere. You can rest or enjoy a reading in the air-conditioned living room which is equipped with satellite TV. Behind a great arch you'll find the dining area with a great table for 8 people and with access to the kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob. There's a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The house features 3 bedrooms, all with closet and AC, and all of them located on the 1st floor. One has a double bed and the other 2 have twin beds. A cot and a high chair are available. Finally, there is a bathroom with a bath on the main floor and another with a shower upstairs.

The house is only 3.7 km away from sa Pobla where you'll find all you need for an independent stay like supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. The paradisaical beaches of Puerto de Alcudia, ses Casetes des Capellans or Can Picafort are only a 20 minutes drive away.

    “Typische Finca mit ausreichend Platz.Tolle ruhige/ ländliche Lage, schönes Grundstück mit großem Pool. Fernab von Klischees und gestressten Touristen!
    Die Anfahrt erfolgt über eine enge Straße sowie einen holprigen Feldweg; nach dem Öffnen des elektrischen Tores gelangt man in das kleine Paradies.
    Die Finca ist ausgestattet mit fast allem was man so braucht. Leider funktionierte die Kaffeemaschine nicht; aber wer improvisieren kann, sieht darüber hinweg.
    Einzig die Sauberkeit im Bereich der Küche ist zum derzeitigen Zeitpunkt zu bemängeln. Wasserkocher, Toaster und teilweise auch Pfannen müssen unbedingt getauscht werden; scharfe Messer wären nicht schlecht.
    Dennoch kann ich das Haus empfehlen- für alle die es urig und naturnah lieben.
    Wer Spanisch spricht ist im Vorteil, aber auch mit Händen und Füßen kommt man einigermaßen zurecht wenn es um die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern geht.”

    “Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen - die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr um Haus, Garten und Pool. Auf die Lage außerhalb einer Ortschaft könnte vielleicht etwas deutlicher hingewiesen werden. Aber auch diese ruhige Lage in der Landschaft fanden wir sehr angenehm.”
