From the terrace, the pool, the living room and the second floor of this bright detached villa in Pleubian in the Côtes d'Armor, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the blue of the Atlantic Ocean and the changing colors of the sky. This apartment is decorated in a clean and contemporary style with large windows. It features sofas surrounding a wood-burning fireplace and a beautiful kitchen. It is ideally located for exploring the Breton coast, its beaches and the surrounding area.
The town of Pleubian is best known for its Sillon de Talbert, a sand and pebble bank unique in Europe, an ornithological reserve, but also for protecting the highest cliffs in Brittany. Stroll through the town's market on Saturday mornings and enjoy concerts, guided tours and historical walks organized from April to October.
Visit Paimpol, its alleys and restaurants by the harbor. There, take the restored ancient steam train to discover spectacular landscapes.
Do not miss the semaphore Crec'h Maout, from which you can contemplate the famous lighthouse of Héaux, listed as a historical monument, defying violent sea currents from the top of its 57 meters high, about ten kilometers northwest of the island.
Besides incomparable landscapes, Brittany is known for its extremely rich gastronomy, seafood platters, stews, Morlaix ham, semi-salted butter, buckwheat pancakes, Kouign Amann and Far Breton.

    “Die Ausstattung ist sehr stark veraltet und sehr viele Dinge sollten erneuert werden (Sofa, Betten, Schränke, Küchenzeile, Waschmaschine, Badewanne). Die Lage vom Haus zum Meer ist top. Der Zustand vom Haus ist sehr heruntergekommen, die Fassade innen wie außen zeigt massive große Risse auf. Eine Renovierung wäre mal wieder stark nötig.

    Bei betreten des Objektes wurden die Kosten für die Endreinigung sofort abkassiert jedoch verbrachten wird den ersten Tag damit das Objekt gründlich zu reinigen da Geschirr sowie das Mobiliar und Küchenschränke sowie der Boden weder geputzt noch gesaugt waren. Desweiteren war die Waschmaschine sehr stark mit Schimmel und Stockflecken versehen.

    Das Bettzeug wies undefinierbare Flecken und Gerüche auf. Die Eingangstür weist starke Gebrauchsgeschirren auf und es war leider nur ein Schlüssel vorhanden. Im Obergeschoss waren alle Deckenlampen ohne Funktion, die Gartenmöbel waren mit Klebeband zusammen geklebt da diese defekt sind. Vieles vom Geschirr war nicht nutzbar, da es kaputt war (fast alle Teller hatten Sprünge und Risse).”

    “Grossartige Lage über dem Sillon de Talbert, tolle Sicht auf das Meer, mehrere Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe, Top-Wandermöglichkeiten auf dem Zöllner-Weg. Sauberer Pool, grosse, umzäunte Wiese, ideal für Hunde. Herzlicher Empfang durch Nachbarin, die im Auftrag der weit weg lebenden Besitzerin zum Haus schaut. Haus sauber, Geschirr weniger. Matratzen durchgelegen oder hart, Doppelbetten nur 140 cm breit. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste aufgefrischt werden.”
