The apartments are in quiet surroundings in Istria, the interesting and charming Croatian peninsula. It is just 4km from the historic centre of Pula in the quiet district of Veli Vrh, with plenty of greenery, olive groves and vineyards.

There are two holiday apartments to let on the ground floor. Each apartment provides a terrace and a shared garden area. They each have their own separate entrance but can also be connected internally. The owners live on the first floor.

The nearest beaches at Stinjan and Puntizela are about 2.5 kilometres away. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment also has a living and dining room, a hallway, a bathroom with a toilet. The garden has a swing, basketball basket and a small playground.

    “Sollten wir wieder in dieser Ecke Urlaub machen, werden wir wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Von Anfang an verlief die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin problemlos und sie war sehr nett und fürsorglich.
    Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und vollausgestattet Positiv: Die Vermieterin hat immer mal wieder nachgefragt, ob wir noch was benötugen und war sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.”

    “Empfehlung wert Positiv: Super nette und freundliche Vermieter,eine sehr gute und saubere Wohnung, Mit allem ausgerüstet was man braucht,gute Betten nicht mit billige Matratze ausgerüstet. Morgens fühlte man sich ausgeschlafen und erholt. Also ich würde diese Wohnung noch mal gerne mieten.”

    “Wir Waren für 2 Wochen (Ende Juli-Anfang August) zu Gast in dieser sehr schönen Ferienwohnung). Unseren Kinder (4 + 8 Jahre) hat es super gefallen. Unsere Gastgeberin Frau Sugar-Glavas hat sich toll um uns gekümmert und wir durften sogar Gemüse aus dem tollen Garten essen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht um erholsame Ferien zu verbringen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Lage zu Pula einfach genial. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Kaufland,... u.s.w) gibt es in ca 2km Entfernung. Restaurants, Pizzeria, Bäcker ebenfalls in 300-500m Entfernung. Zum Baden kommt man nach 5 min. Autofahrt bereits an den ersten Strand (Kies). Tagesausflüge lassen sich auch toll planen und zwischen 25-80 km gibt es dafür auch genug, neben Pula natürlich, anzusehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, ein kleines "Dankeschön" an dieser Stelle an Familie Sugar-Glavas.”

    “Alles war PERFEKT!!! Wir wurden SEHR herzlich von Irma(Vermieterin) sowie von ihrer gesamten Familie begrüßt und sogar während unseres Aufenthaltes mit frischem Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt .
    Die Ferienwohnung war, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben, sehr sauber und mit allem bestückt was man zum alltäglichen Leben benötigt. Schon in der Beschreibung ist uns das sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Kinderzimmer ins Auge gefallen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht.
    Die Wohnung liegt im äußeren Stadtrand von Pula, ein kleiner Supermarkt für die Brötchen am Morgen liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
    Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne nochmal:-)))”

    “It was very nice staying in this apartment. It is very well furnished, it is huge and comfortable. There is everything you might need for a perfect holiday. The hosts are great and Irma even welcomed as with delicious homemade cakes. I would recommend this apartment to anyone, especially to those with kids. The best way to get to the beach is by car, but they are easy to find.”
