"Residenz Surlej 6", 1-room apartment 60 m2, on the upper ground floor. Practical and rustic furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double fold-away bed (1 x 150 cm, length 200 cm), shower/bidet/WC and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace, south facing position. Small kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 6, height 195 cm, width 235 cm. Please note: non-smokers only.

St.Moritz-bad: Large residence "Residenz Surlej", 6 storeys. In the resort 800 m from the centre of St.Moritz-Bad, in a sunny position on a slope, 1 km from the lake, 200 m from the skiing area, located by a road. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Communal covered parking.     “Die Wohnung ist ideal und ist für den Winterurlaub (Skifahrer) bestens geeignet. Von der Terrasse zur Seilbahn und Abends bis zur Terrasse abfahren, was will man mehr. Genügend Schnee vorausgesetzt. Doch dafür seid ihr nicht verantwortlich! Die Einrichtung ist nicht die "Neueste" doch alles funktioniert, ist gemütlich und sehr sauber!”
