    “Das Haus selbst und die Anlage sind einfach nur super. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, hier kann man es sehr gut aushalten. Der fehlende Punkt für das Haus selbst ist in der Zufahrt begründet. Entgegen der sonst oft sehr beschwerlichen langen umasphaltierten Feldwege in der Toskana kommt man hier fast bis ans Haus auf einer gut ausgebauten, wenn auch schmalen, Straße.
    Allerdings muss man für die letzten Meter durch eine Öffnung fahren, die zumindest bei großen SUV anspruchsvoll ist. Wer das überwunden hat, wird dann mit einem gut gepflegten Grundstück und einem sehr schön ausgebauten Haus belohnt.

    Wenn es irgendetwas zu regeln gibt, ist der Vermieter stets sofort nach Anruf oder SMS zur Stelle.”
