Our house is located in a quiet side street near the village center. Ski bus stop to the Schlick 2000 only about 50 m from the house, bus stop direction Stubaier Gletscher or to Innsbruck about 300 m away. Restaurants and shopping possibilities within a few walking minutes.

The apartment is equipped with SAT-TV, free W-Lan and a small balcony.
On request, we will be pleased to provide you with tidy furnishings such as high chair, baby bed. In the garden, your children can let off steam at the climbing frame, the sandbox, the trampoline and the swing.
Free of charge there are two parking lots and ski storage in the cellar.
