On the open-plan ground floor with direct access to the spacious terrace and beautiful garden, there is the cozy living room and the dining room, adjacent to the well-equipped modern kitchen.
There is also a “royal” guest toilet on the ground floor.
The terrace and the large fenced garden invite you to linger or have a barbecue. Enjoy the sunshine on the lounge chairs while your children and dogs explore the garden.
On the upper floor there are three cozy bedrooms with double beds and smart TV. The bathroom, an oasis of well-being, with a walk-in rain shower and large designer bathtub for two people.
In summer temperatures, the adjacent swimming lake is a welcome way to cool off, and the kiosk takes care of your physical well-being. Bicycles are available in the garage for you and your children for excursions into the beautiful surroundings. In just a few minutes you can reach great leisure activities and breathtaking hiking trails. In neighboring France, where you can enjoy culinary delights in cozy little courtyards, enjoy a French wine or visit historical monuments. For shopping enthusiasts, you can reach two designer outlets in just a few minutes by car.
