A villa holiday offers the perfect break from the hustle and bustle of the city, especially when the location is as close to nature as this pretty property is: the estate of Villa Son Bachs is surrounded by the rural Mediterranean plain of Pla de Mallorca, over which you can let your gaze wander. The beautifully curved pool is large enough to offer even ambitious swimmers a wonderful refreshment on a sunny day. Afterwards, you can take a break on one of the loungers either under the shade of a palm tree, which exudes tropical flair, or under the shady pergola. The garden combines various qualities, including a wild and romantic touch, while the seating and lounge area resembles a well-tended park. Thanks to the bungalow, which has a convenient outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue, the dream of a relaxed barbecue party can be realised in no time at all. There is a dining table right by the pool and another on the covered veranda, which also has a cosy seating area and a rocking chair. The covered terrace, which is accessible from the upper floor, invites you to relax in comfort.

Thanks to the large windows, the house itself is flooded with light and the cheerful atmosphere is also reflected in the colours of the furniture: light wood tones are the predominant colours here, making the living room a cosy ambience, for example for relaxing hours watching TV by the crackling open fire. In addition to a dining room with a large dining table, a room next to the well-equipped kitchen with serving hatch offers a great place to eat. Both the dining room and the bedroom on the ground floor provide access to one of the house's two bathrooms. The two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, are located on the upper floor. On the way there, the staircase leads past a walk-in wardrobe where you can store your shopping trips. A partially open area in front of the covered terrace offers additional space if you want to start your day with a yoga session, for example. The attractive furnishings, such as a bathtub in one of the bathrooms, ensure that you will quickly feel at home.

This part of the island is characterised by olive and almond trees. You can go on wonderful excursions into nature on foot or by bike. In Ariany, just one and a half kilometres away, an unspoilt village idyll awaits you. Here you will also find a supermarket, a bank and a pharmacy, so you don't have to do without the convenience of an urban infrastructure. The historic town of Sineu is approx. 10 km away via a country road, which can be heard from the property depending on the wind direction. Winding alleyways invite you to take a stroll through the impressive manor houses and then soak up the impressions over a coffee in the Plaza des Fossar. In Can Picafort, 16 kilometres away, you can plunge into the surf and enjoy a relaxing day on the beach.

If you're interested in authentic island life, you'll feel right at home at Villa Son Bachs: Surrounded by green colours, you are far away from the tourist centres. And you are in the perfect location, right next to the gently rolling hills of the surrounding area, to explore the north and east of the island, for example the bay of Alcúdia with its long sandy beach. For shopping or gastronomic excursions, the town of Sineu is only 10 km away.
