The inviting Villa Ca Na Picona on the right-hand side before Can Picafort welcomes us with bright sunshine. The very well-kept outdoor area - part of the huge property can be used as a garden - invites you to discover it as soon as you are welcomed by the finca owner. It quickly becomes clear that you can spend relaxing days outdoors in a secluded, idyllic atmosphere. This is a Fincallorca holiday home. Inside, harmonising colours on the walls and in the form of fabrics are stylishly combined with natural stone elements, wood and beautiful floor tiles. The single-storey house initially has a small entrance area, from which you can access the bedrooms and bathrooms via a corridor on the right. The three air-conditioned bedrooms have a simple aesthetic and each has two single beds. The bathrooms are equipped with either a shower or bathtub. Looking directly from the entrance, you can see a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen, complete with dining table, so you can eat inside if you wish. Perhaps you would like to try a typical Spanish dish during your stay? The cosy living room to the left of the kitchen offers an oasis of relaxation with a comfortable large sofa, flat screen TV with satellite TV and a small music system. The beautiful Villa Ca Na Picona is surrounded by 18,000 m² of rural land and is located around 4 km from the coastal town of Can Picafort, where you can go shopping or visit the market on Fridays. There are also countless cafés, restaurants and an exciting nightlife. The attractive sandy beaches of the Bay of Alcúdia, such as Son Baulo, are only a few kilometres away.
