The middle terrace has a modern rattan sofa set and sun loungers for relaxing, while the lower terrace has an infinity pool that blurs the line between pool and sea.
Inside, the villa is spread over three levels, flooded with natural light from large windows and crisp white walls. It is equipped with heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, all with sea views. The master bedroom has a luxurious four-poster bed with direct sea views. Upstairs there are open-plan living and dining areas under high ceilings, a mezzanine chill-out zone and a dark wood dining area with an open-plan kitchen, making Villa Ventimar an ideal retreat to relax and enjoy.
Villa Ventimar is located in a quiet residential area about 2 km north of the coastal town of Canyamel and is an ideal location for exploring the north-east of the island. At the foot of the urbanisation there are two small, less frequented bays. Canyamel, with its larger beach, supermarkets and some good restaurants, can be reached quickly by car. In addition to other attractive beaches, Cala Ratjada and Cala Millor offer shopping facilities and a variety of evening entertainment.
