This villa combines a rustic stone facade and a modern interior with neutral colors, with some carefully selected details. The green area is a great place for children to play, but that is certainly not the only advantage of this villa ? the favorite is certainly the private pool. We're sure you'll enjoy the private pool for cooling off or swimming, especially in the warm summer months. But even on colder days, you can use the pool heating on request, so you can still enjoy the atmosphere of a villa with a pool. After a swim, it's time to relax, read and lie in the sun on the sun loungers around the private pool. On the first floor level, there is also a terrace where you will find an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy shared meals or morning coffee.

From the terrace, you can access the first floor of the semi-open plan, where the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. This space features a modern design with warm tones and plenty of natural light, completing the atmosphere of a home in this villa.
