Apartments Jovanovski are in total of six units in a spacious family house in Varvari, only 3 km from Porec and the sea.
On the ground floor of the house is the one-room apartment Viki and the studio Stiven, on the first floor the spacious apartment Sani with 3 bedrooms and on the second floor the studio Evan, apartments Teo and Goran. Each apartment has a separate entrance, air conditioning and a parking space. On well-maintained and beautifully landscaped property, the guests of all the apartments can use a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. A summer kitchen with sitting area and fireplace surrounded by greenery is ideal for rest in the shade or for shared moments in the evening.
Apartment Sani lies on the first floor with 250 sqm of living area. Sani consists of an air-conditioned living room with rustic furniture, fireplace, satellite TV, dining room, spacious, fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms with double bed and satellite TV, one of them with private shower/toilet, one bedroom with a bed for one person. From the bedrooms and the living room there is access to the balcony with sitting set.
Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
