Villa 119 is an attractive stone house for 6 guests with sauna and jacuzzi, near Porec.
This is a more than 200-year-old traditional stone house and it has been completely renovated and adapted for modern tourist purposes. During the renovation, attention was paid to the originality of the house, resulting in two interesting spaces - a smaller tavern on the ground floor and a Finnish sauna in the space where a water cistern used to be.
The villa offers the following outdoor facilities: Jacuzzi, covered terrace with table, barbecue, e-bikes (with additional costs) and three parking spaces.

Holiday home of 151 sqm on three air-conditioned floors. The ground floor consists of fully equipped kitchen and dining room, wine cellar, common room and separate toilet. On the first floor is a living room with access to two terraces and a double bedroom with private shower/toilet. On the second floor (attic) are two double bedrooms and a shower/toilet in the hallway. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
