Villa Landa is a modernly equipped holiday home with pool, located in a residential area of Labinci, 7 km from the sea and 10 km from Porec.
In just 2-3 minutes by car you can find many useful facilities in Labinci and Katelir, from grocery shops (only 100 m from the house) to typical restaurants, cafes, rural households and wine roads. The nearest pebble beach, sports and recreational facilities can be found in the tourist town of Lanterna, 9 km away.
The house is situated in a fenced garden of 1300 square metres, where guests have at their disposal a 32 square metre swimming pool with sun loungers, a children's playground, a covered terrace with seating, table football, darts, stepper and another terrace with dining table and barbecue.
The house has a capacity of 6 people and a total interior area of 100 square metres. The larger accommodation unit consists of an air-conditioned living area with sitting area, dining table and equipped kitchen leading to the covered terrace, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a separate toilet.
Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
