Das Studio wurde im Jahr 2023 komplett umgebaut. Es zeichnet sich durch einen gelungenen alpinen Stil mit viel Holz und modernen Materialien aus. Die Küche, der Esstisch und die zwei Einzelbetten befinden sich im gleichen Raum. Der Eingangsbereich bietet eine kleine Garderobe. Im Badezimmer befinden sich eine Dusche, WC und zusätzlich eine Waschmaschine. Der Gartensitzplatz darf nur im Sommer genutzt werden. Die Studiowohnung verfügt über keinen Fernseher, ist jedoch mit WLAN-Internet ausgerüstet.


Die Talstation des Sessellifts Languard ist in wenigen Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Bergstation ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Wanderwelt von Pontresina (Muottas Muragl, Alp Languard, Segantinihütte usw.) zu entdecken. Ebenfalls das Dorfzentrum von Pontresina mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist zu Fuss in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.


Es gibt eine Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus Mulin. Zu Fuss ist es in ca. 6 Minuten erreichbar: Parkhaus Mulin
