    “Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, hat unten ein relativ grosses Esszimmer/Küche wo auch das Fernsehgerät installiert ist. Dank Satelliten-Fernsehen, sind die meisten deutschen Sender empfangbar. Auch das WLAN funktioniert gut. Küche ist mit einem 3-Flammen Gasherd plus einer Elektroplatte, Backofen, Mikrowelle sowie Kühlschrank ausgerüstet. Geschirr, Pfannen, Besteck ist alles vorhanden. Oben sind zwei Zimmer mit je einem Doppelbett sowie ein Badezimmer und ein abgetrenntes WC. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses befindet sich ein kleiner Raum mit einer Waschmaschinen/Tumbler Kombination, die benutzt werden darf. Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind im Haus.

    Das Pedalo (Tretboot) auf dem kleinen See kann ungehindert benutzt werden, der separate Pool ist geheizt, muss jedoch jeweils geöffnet und geschlossen werden, damit die Wärme sich nicht verflüchtigt. Dies wird aber mittels einer elektrisch betriebenen Abdeckung gemacht somit müssen jeweils nur zwei Knöpfe betätigt werden. Liegestühle stehen den Benutzern zur Verfügung. Eine Aussendusche ermöglicht auch sich kurz abzuduschen. Das Anwesen liegt in einer grossen, Parkähnlichen Anlage, welche eingezäunt ist (die Besitzer, ein sehr nettes Ehepaar, hatten früher einen Labrador) So dass ein Hund relativ frei herumlaufen kann, so er denn gehorcht. Das Haus liegt nicht an einer Durchgangsstrasse und ist deshalb sehr ruhig gelegen.”
