Beautiful, newly built 2.5-room apartment (56m2) on the second floor with large windows, lots of charm and comfortably furnished (floor newly built in 2011). Very quiet location with beautiful views over the roofs of Pontresina towards Piz Rosatsch, Rosegtal, Morteratsch and Corviglia.
The apartment is altogether south oriented.
Interior:
Washing machine / tumbler and ski / bike room in the house are available. Own parking lot in front of the house is available. Pets are not allowed. Non smoking.
Note on the offer "ÖV Inclusive" from 1 May to 31 October 2023 During this period, guest subscriptions will be made available for all scheduled public transport (Engadin Bus, Rhaetian Railway, PostBus and St. Moritz local bus) according to published timetables within the network (Maloja - Spinas - Cinuos-chel-Alp Grüm) can be used.
The tickets are provided by the landlord throughout the stay and are included in the rent.
