The top floor apartment has plenty of open plan space in a cosy light wood setting with fireplace and large window with great views onto the Corvatsch mountain arena and the old village of Sils It is located centrally in the pictoreque old town of Sils Maria (10 km from St. Moritz) and there is direct access the Corvatsch ski arena. Cross country slopes start directly in front of the building complex of the "Alpenrose Residenz". The apartment has all modern amenities with a fully equipt kitchen, three Bedrooms (one in the open-plan mezzanine with it's own livingroom corner and office table). It has two bathrooms (one with bath and one with large shower) and each with toilets (see pictures). There are two underground parking spaces reserved for our guests during their stay with a lift directly to the apartment floor

20% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 64th day prior to arrival
50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 43rd day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 100.
