This one bedroom apartment (FBC274) includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. The holiday home is situated approximately 0.4km from Binic, which has the nickname 'the beauty spot of the Côtes d’Armor'. The pretty town is home to a weekly market every Thursday and a large beach, which is ideal for children. There is a small deli situated just outside the front door and a large swimming pool is located approximately 500 metres away. Please note, a music festival is organised at the end of July (28th-30th); the stage is located just 50m from the front of the house.
