Das Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhof ist ruhig, falls mehr als zwei Personen unterkommen, muss auch das ohne Probleme ausklappbare Sofa im straßenseitigen Wohnbereich genutzt werden. Dort ist es bei geöffnetem Fenster allerdings wegen des Verkehrs sehr laut. Die Küchenausstattung ist teilweise sehr einfach und knapp, reicht aber für die Zubereitung einfacher Gerichte. Das Badezimmer, dem eine Renovierung gut tun würde, ist sehr klein (nichts für Übergewichtige).
