The property presents a good size Air conditioning throughout, fully equipped kitchen and open planned lounge/dining area with, Satellite TV and WiFi, decorated with a modern style that then leads out onto the east facing covered balcony with terrace furniture,
Two comfortable bedrooms, one double which leads also out onto the balcony and a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bath/shower.
The complex has two communal pools: a large adults pool and a children’s pool being a shallow paddling pool perfect for guests with young children as well as sunbeds, ping pong table, bike parking and street parking for cars right outside.
Directly opposite you have access to the Spa facilities of Fergus Style Pollenca Park Hotel. They have evening entertainment and also offer tennis courts and football facilities. (at a charge for use.)
Directly below the apartment is Pro Cycle Hire. It has a great cafe open during the day as well as an amazing range of top end bike rentals.
Only a short walk down the road to the beach you will find a small supermarket and a few restaurants and bars along the way.
It´s a great location in Puerto Pollença to stay with everything close by.
