Our cancellation policy from December 2022
All reservations for stays 1 month before arrival can be canceled free of charge. For cancellations within 30-14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% the travel price For cancellations within 13-7 days before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 75% of the travel price For cancellations within the last 6 days we charge 90% of the travel price. In the event of no-show or early departure, 100% of the travel price will be charged. In addition, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply. These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms are re-booked in whole or in part. The same applies to early departure.
We recommend taking out travel insurance, which you can easily take out online (including free Covid coverage). It is not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and the booked holiday has to be canceled or prematurely terminated. We would like to spare you the associated costs and hassle.
