The bus stop right outside the door provides a quick connection to the city centre. This can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Or you can take the ferry from Schilksee pier to Laboe or further into the city centre.
You can explore the beautiful surroundings by bike directly from the flat.
The apartment is located on the third floor of the Olympic Centre. The west-facing position means you can enjoy the sunset on the balcony.
The 1-room non-smoking apartment is suitable for 2 guests and was renovated in spring 2024. The total area of 33 m² includes a living/sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchenette (induction hob, oven, fridge incl. a small freezer compartment and a dishwasher), a bathroom with shower and a hallway with a spacious wall cupboard. The living room has a murphy bed with sprung mattress and integrated sofa.
