The organic Berghof farm can be found at the heart of Niederthai in Ötztal Valley. Here you experience loads of unspoilt nature in a quiet and sunny setting. Close to the walking trails and hiking routes in summer. Rest and relaxation on our private lawn, children's playground with trampoline. "Sleeping in the hay ", daily visit to the stables (hens, goats, cows). More adventures can be booked at the nearby hotel.

Our regular guests, mostly families with children, appreciate the apartment Fundusfeiler with approx. 68 m² very much! It consists of: 1 bedroom with double and bunk beds and with shower/WC. The special highlight is the open sleeping area with 2 bunk beds in the anteroom of the apartment. The separate eat-in kitchen with comfortable dining area, sofa and balcony is equipped with wooden floor boards.
