Welcome to lovely Haus Falkner in Niederthai, nestling in a sunny high altitude plateau amidst one of Ötztal's scenic side valleys. Enjoy wonderful holidays in close touch with nature at our authentic little holiday resort embedded in the unspoilt Ötztal mountains. Ski lifts and other winter attractions are free of charge thanks to the Niederthai Card: the floodlit cross-country ski track runs pat our house, a restaurant and a bakery can be found next door. In summer, Niederthai boasts Tirol's biggest waterfall - Stuibenfall. The Ötzi Village in Umhausen and the Birds of Prey Park are within easy reach - a great highlight for families and children!
Apartment Tanja for 4-8 persons on the second floor (approx. 120 m²): 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower/WC, 1 separate WC, 1 cozy living room with tiled stove, 1 ample kitchen and balcony. Double rooms also feature a washbasin. The living room is equipped with extra beds an d a cupboard for 7th and 8th person. Fully equipped kitchen for up to 8 people, separate box room, satellite TV.
