We are great nature lovers but also like to be pampered. This philosophy of life is also reflected in our biochalet. With a lot of love and individual design, we have designed our apartments and are happy to have created an oasis of relaxation for all those looking for peace. The organic house, built between 1978 and 1980, is one of the first alpine chalets of its kind.
Our large garden offers enough space to enjoy the end of the day in nature.
We do not offer flat-rate holiday offers or fixed-booking packages. No queuing at the breakfast buffet, no holiday stress. Rest and relaxation is what we want our guests to do. If you prefer breakfast in your pajamas, you can put a breakfast basket in front of the apartment at the desired time.
The Römertherme is 500m away and the valley station of the Kaiserburgbahn.
After a nice day of skiing or a long hike in the Unesco biosphere park Nock Mountains, a relaxing evening in front of the open fireplace is just the right thing to end the day.

Apartment South
A relaxation oasis has been created on 50 m2, in which up to 3 people can leave everyday life behind. The spacious living area with a so called Kachelofen (that is a tiled stove) not only invites you to relax, but also offers everything you need to make yourself comfortable. If you don't feel like eating out, you can cook yourself in the well-equipped kitchen. This includes a stove with two ceramic hobs, dishes, dishwasher, sink, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and of course a refrigerator. You can then eat comfortably in the dining area of the living room. The couch near the Kachelofen can be easily converted into a third bed. There is a small bench next to the Kachelofen to allow you to warm up properly. You can sleep well in the large bedroom with a double bed. There is a storage space in the walk-in closet and in a large cabinet in the bedroom. The newly designed bathroom can be accessed directly from the bedroom.

From the living room there is a direct access to the garden via the terrace.
