Our house was built in the year of 2011. We are only a few metres away from the lake with a great view (the lake in front and the mountains around). The appartement with 65 m2 has modern furniture, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, over, coffee machine, dishwasher, watercooker ..., a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, two sleeping-rooms (one single-room, one doublebed-room with single-pullout-sofa). At the living-room there is a SAT-TV and a pullout-sofa for 2 persons). Our house offers free WLAN, free parking and a little children's playground. For our guests we also have a furnished terrasse. The lake you can reach after 50 m, the cross-country ski track after 200 m.
