Welcome in appartment Zirbe!

Our appartment is located just outside of Ellmau with the view on the Wilde Kaiser. Ellmau is only 15 minutes by car to the luxury city of Kitzbuhel.

Irrespective of summer or winter the area is ideal for any type of holidays. There is a lot to do: ski (> 1000km of piste), cycle, hike, and many lakes and pools close by.

The villages Scheffau and Ellmau as well as the skilifts can be reached by bus which stops a few minutes walking away from the appartment.

In the house a wellness area can be used which is open the full year as well as two parking places.

Our 3-bedroom appartment (133m2) can be used by 1-8 people. Two bedrooms are having a queen size bed and the third has two bunk beds. Upon request a child bed can be placed as well. Additionly, 2 bathrooms can be found of which one is detached to one of the bedrooms (2 separate toilets). The large living room has a fire place. The full appartment is surrounded by a balcony. A wellness area and ski lockers/shoe warmers can be found at the ground floor next to the own double car parking area.
