    “Wenn die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen gebraucht wird geht das eventuell.
    Wohnen über den Tag ist aber nicht möglich. Ausgebauter Estrich.
    Wir waren nur eine Nacht in der Wohnung. Sind in ein Hotel umgezogen. Negativ: Wenig Tageslicht. Kein Balkon. Strassenlärm von durchfahrenden Autos.”

    “Wir sind gesamthaft sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr wertvoll! Positiv: Mit Klimaanlage. Lage zur Bushaltestelle, Centovallibähnli, Migros und 5 Min. zu Fuss in die Altstadt. Negativ: Bad-WC zu warm trotz Klimaanlage, weil die Klimaanlage ausserhalb des Bad/WCs ist.”

    “Die Wohnung ist klein und fein! Vor allem aber gut gelegen genau zwischen Locarno und Ascona mit dem Bus direkt vor dem Haus. Das hat uns gefallen. Auch die Migros ist sehr nah. Positiv: -Die Schlüsselbox und die Beschreibung der Wohnung bei Ankunft-Der kleine DAB Radio in der Küche-Die weissen flauschigen frischen Tücher für Toilette/Bad-Der grosse Korb mit den Prospekten -Die Klima-Anlage und der kleine graue Heiz-Ofen/Ventilator Negativ: - kein WLAN- kein TV- kein Brotmesser ;-)”
