Modern, sunny apartment with big garden and a tavern with a barbecue

Apartment Sunčica is located 4 km from the center of Pula, on a suburb called Šikići. It is a peaceful area, ideal for your vacation. Only 200m away is grocery store and a local bus station. 2 km from the apartment is a shopping center PulaCitty mall. Airport is 7 km away. First beaches are 4 km away from the apartment as the center of Pula. Medulin is only 5 km away.

Big garden with grass, trees and flowers. You can use a barbecue in our tavern or sit in front of a house and enyoj in a peaceful nature.

    “Sehr saubere, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Mit Liebe zum Detail ist die Wohnung ausgestattet, es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und bieten viel Platz. Die Fotos im Angebot versprechen bereits ein tolles Ambiente und Wohlfühlcharakter. Der Aufenthalt dort übertrifft allerdings die Erwartungen! Wir (4Erwachsene+3 Kinder) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit ansprechbar und kümmern sich liebevoll um die Belange ihrer Gäste. Parkplätze gibt es direkt auf dem Grundstück hinter einem elektrischen Tor. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, das Haus liegt in einer Wohngegend ohne Verkehr. Zum Einkaufen der Frühstücksbrötchen und kleinerer Besorgungen, gibt es einen Minimarkt, den man in 5 Min. zu Fuß erreicht. Ansonsten ist alles in der näheren Umgebung mit dem Auto prima erreichbar.
    Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und werden ganz sicher wiederkommen. Leider hält uns die aktuell unsichere Corona-Situation davon ab, direkt für das nächste Jahr wieder zu buchen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super , Klimaanlage ist inklusive.”
